Why?

Our commitment to offering an outside broker fee is not universal in the commercial brokerage world. Doing so ensures that each property is being seen by the largest number of brokers, tenants and buyers. Simply put, it is in the best interest of our clients.

This poses the question, doesn’t this go without saying? Don’t all brokerage firms cooperate?

Typically, brokers secretly shop a property to all of their buyers or tenants, offering the opportunity to represent both parties in the transaction. While it is not uncommon to represent both sides in commercial real estate, limiting initial focus to this group results in a loss of months of valuable marketing time.
